1. Service Content

      Conduct services such as pre-patent application search, patent legal status search, family patent information search, and patent validity search according to the client's requirements.

      Among them, the pre-patent application search can help the client fully understand the existing public literature before writing the patent application documents, thereby discovering prior art in advance, avoiding the protection scope of existing patents, and reducing blind applications; patent legal status search and patent validity search can help the client fully understand whether the patents of interest are valid and the protection duration, providing reference information for the client to deal with patent litigation and carry out patent transactions.

2. Target Clients

       Mainly aimed at units or individuals who need to apply for patents or deal with patent litigation.

3. Basic Content of the Report

       Provide a worldwide patent search report and relevant patent information retrieved.

4. Information Required from the Client

       A basic textual description of the invention (technical disclosure document), technical background, keywords in Chinese and English or IPC patent classification numbers, patent numbers, etc.

5. Completion Time

       Patent legal status search: 3 working days
       Family patent search: 3 working days
       Pre-patent application search: 10 working days

        Note: The above are estimated completion times, and the specific completion time will be determined by both parties according to the project difficulty and the requirements of the client.
